IDK if you're looking for a new shampoo or what your price point is, but you might want to check out DevaCurl's "No Poo" shampoo. There is a bit of a learning curve to using it since it doesn't lather like a traditional shampoo, but its super hydrating. And a trick to remember with shampooing your hair is that you really want to cleanse the scalp, not the hair itself. Traditional shampoos have detergents in them that strip the hair of its natural oils, and since curly hair tends to be drier than straight hair, its something few curly girls can afford. Rinsing the shampoo out is usually sufficient to cleanse the lengths of the hair, so there is no need to put the shampoo anywhere besides the scalp.
We use the Deva products at my salon, and they've been a hit with all our curly clients, from 2A to 4C curl types. I'm 3A and have really fallen in love with No Poo since I switched, and I'll never go back to a detergent-based shampoo again.

I'd recommend their other products too.
