Day 21 + That EP From Hell
Feb. 3rd, 2013 03:11 pmDo any of your characters have children? How well do you write them?
I think the better question would be which characters don't have any children tbh. Like a driving force in almost every society set on Munda is family, procreating, continuing the family line. Like I have it in my head that Marguerite de Caulmont (Jeanne's paternal aunt) was shamed within an inch of her life once she decided to become a nun, even though the Church is high up there, but nothing tops family.
As for how I write them? I'm getting better with kids. When I first wrote a kid, I immediately knew that she (Elisabeth) seemed too advance for a five year old especially for the situation. Sure times were different, but I'll probably end up rewriting that scene somewhere down the line.
And in Sims news. I fucking installed, reinstalled, uninstalled Seasons like ten times and then I got on the EA chat with a woman, which was no help and that's where I uninstalled. It took me five fucking hours to install most of the games again. I also happened to contact Amazon. They said they would have the file directly from their site instead of Origin. See I was noticing that some of my folders were missing from the place I installed them. Like ugh. Because I downloaded Pets directly from Amazon and installed fine. It's just fucking Seasons.
BUT I have been playing the Crumplebottom sisters today. Belinda? No it's Beatrice. Beatrice is my fucking girl. She's fucking badass man. Like I like the other two, but Beatrice! Bianca is like really kiddy, which is fitting as she has a childish trait. Belinda is alright. I don't know quite what to make of her yet, though she was the first one I played when I went into that house.
