lady_organaHey guys remember me saying how I was collecting names for possible characters? I've found some really good websites for Medieval names. So I'm going to link them for posterity.
First up is S-Gabriel I found this by accident and I've been going back to it ever since. It has a lot of Medieval names for different regions like France, Spain, England and so on. It also have surnames which is really helpful for me.
Second is 20,000-names and they have tons of Given names for European names and Asian names and even African names. They also have a section for thing like flower names and butterfly names, but I haven't really looked into that section yet.
Third is Behind the Name and it has a LOT of names and their meaning and you can search by nationality!
Fourth is Medieval names for your dog XD is a site that links to other sites with Medieval names that you can use for your character or your pet, whichever. But I use it for names!
