When my cat hurt his leg last year, we just put him in a regular box and closed it with a bungee cord. I bought one of the cardboard carriers at the vet, but on one of the many trips back and forth for bandage changes, he ripped a head-sized hole in it and was hanging out the side by the time I got home. He was only still in it because the e-collar had caught on the box. Is something wrong with your cat? Or is it just for a check up?
